We offer two shipping options. By instant download or a mail order copy of our patterns.

What types of payment do you accept?
All payments must be made in US dollars.
We accept instant credit card payments through Paypal, no account needed. We are a Paypal verified
merchant so you can rest assured that your purchase will be handled in a professional and secure manner.
We also gladly accept personal checks and money orders.
Payments made by personal check will be processed according to how soon your payment clears the bank,
usually give 10 days for the process. Money order purchases are shipped by download or mail on the next
business day after receipt of payment.
Both payment methods will receive pattern/s by the download method or by mail. I will email an invoice with your choice of shipping noted.

Do you offer Lay-away plans?
We will layaway, a specific item/items for you, if requested to do so, under the following terms: The order must total $50.00 or more.
We will require an advance deposit of 25% of the total price of the item/s. This payment can be in the form of a personal check, money order, or the deposit can be made through PayPal.
The item will be held for a period of, up to 90 days. During this time you may make payments on it however you like, but the final payment must be made within 90 days. If the transaction is not concluded on the last day of the 90 day period, all payments will be forfeited.

Returns Policy
On digital items we do not accept returns. You can tell us what the problem is and we will do our best to correct it. When we have corrected the problem you will be re-issued a new pattern.
We make every effort to create problem free patterns but sometimes things happen. The best thing to do is communicate with us.
If there is a problem with the item purchased we must hear from you within (3) days of the date from which you received your pattern.

Can I cancel my order?
For order cancellation there is a $20.00 service charge per order. Please be sure that you want the item before you purchase it, or email me by clicking on the contact button at the top menu, with any questions you might have before purchasing items.
